Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery Information  Royal Mail Logo

Parcels are despatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed by 4pm will be collected by our courier on the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be collected the following day. 

£3.99 – Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2-3 day delivery, excluding Sunday). FREE on orders over £50 (spend requirement excludes sale items).

£4.49 – Royal Mail Tracked 24 (estimated 1-2 day delivery, excluding Sunday).

£9.99 – Next Day Delivery before 1pm (excluding Sunday) - UK Mainland Only. Must order before 4pm Monday-Friday.

£22.99 – Next Day Delivery before 9am (excluding Sunday) - UK Mainland Only. Must order before 4pm Monday-Friday.

Please Note: We do not despatch any orders on Weekends and Bank Holidays.

International Delivery Information  

£15.99 – Europe Tracked (normally 3 to 7 business days)

£23.99 – Other International Tracked (normally 5 to 10 business days)

We use either Parcelforce or DHL for International deliveries. Approximate timescales are above but it can take longer depending on location. IMPORTANT: International postage may be subject to customs fees, duties and/or taxes which are not included in the delivery charge. Any additional charges must be paid by you. Please check your government website as to what these charges may be.

Returns are accepted as per our conditions explained in the Returns Policy, however this will be at your own cost. We would recommend using an insured and tracked service to avoid loss. Any items not received by us will not be refunded. The return address is: Double Second, Unit 4-5 Greenwich Centre Business Park, 53 Norman Road, Greenwich, London, United Kingdom, SE10 9QF.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means the item must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving it. All return parcels are subject to a £3.99 delivery cost which will be deducted from your refund, you do not have to pay anything when you drop off your parcel.

Any free gifts received alongside any purchases must be returned, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note: the item must be free of any make-up, fake tan, stains or fragrance to be eligible for a return. Any items returned to us that are deemed ineligible will not be refunded and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

To return your item(s)

  1. Please visit our Returns Portal to start your return (UK Only). You will need your Order Number and you will need to select the reason for return. To avoid delay in refunds please ensure you enter your order number correctly. Order numbers start DS22 and can be found on your Order Confirmation email.
  2. Once you have requested the return, you can then print the returns label. If you do not have access to a printer, you can take the emailed QR code to your local Post Office, and they will print off the label for you for free. Please use a single returns label to return your items. Each return label used will deduct £3.99 from your refund.
  3. Carefully repackage the item, then add your returns label to the bag and seal securely with some tape.
  4. Now simply drop off your item at your local Post Office branch. You can find your nearest Post Office here.
  5. When we receive your parcel, we will process your refund within 7 days.

Faults and Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
