• This service is exclusively for Double Second items
• Items from other brands must not be included otherwise postal fees for redirection will apply
• Only ONE Return Label should be generated
• On the next page you are asked to enter your address - where it says 'start typing your address' please enter your postcode and select your address from the list. Manually typing in your address can sometimes prevent a label from being generated.

We recommend dropping your parcel off to your local Post Office and obtaining a copy of your Proof of Postage rather than arranging a collection where this is not provided by Royal Mail.
