STOP! Read This First to Avoid a Fee.

The returns portal you just used may show a separate 'Return' button for every item (as shown in the example image below). We understand this can be can be confusing. You do not need to click the Return button for each Double Second item you are returning as this will generate mulitple return labels that are chargable - see rules below.

Crucial Rules for Your Return:

1. Generate ONLY ONE Returns Label: It does not matter if you are returning one item or multiple items from your order. You only need to generate one single Royal Mail returns label.
2. ONE Parcel = ALL Items: Please place all the items you want to return into a single parcel. Do not split your return into multiple packages.
3. Return Double Second items only: Your order may contain items from other brands. This label should only be used to return Double Second branded items.
4. Include the paperwork: Remember to place your order summary paperwork inside the parcel with all the returned items.
5. How We Refund You: Your refund is determined by the physical items our warehouse receives and verifies, not by what you have selected on the website.
6. Fee for Extra Parcels: If you return items using multiple labels/parcels, we will deduct a fee of £3.99 from your refund amount for every additional label used.
